The interior design concept is a highly sophisticated and atmospheric fusion of Industrial Chic and Contemporary Fine Dining, with a strong thematic to the Wine Cellar (Vinoteca) environment.
The overall goal is to create a dynamic, intimate, and theatrical dining space that contrasts rough, raw elements with polished, luxurious finishes.
The core materials are exposed concrete (ceiling, columns, and flooring), often left unfinished or minimally polished. This provides a cellar-like, robust foundation.
Industrial ductwork and piping are deliberately exposed on the ceiling, painted in metallic finishes (gold/brass) to elevate them from utility to a design feature.
Walls and structural elements are finished in a dark, muted palette (charcoal, dark gray, black), which heightens the sense of drama and intimacy.
The dominant lighting is low, warm, and golden, mimicking the feel of candlelight or firelight, creating intimacy and high contrast.
Ornate chandeliers with metal frames and multiple bulbs provide elegance, while industrial-style pendant lights hang over bars and prep areas.
Individual white-shaded table lamps are placed on dining tables, focusing a warm pool of light directly on the place settings and food, adding a classic, luxurious touch.
Circular wooden wall panels (resembling barrel ends) are used as decorative accents, often backlit to stand out against the rough wall texture.
The private dining area features unique backlit vertical panels displaying scenes of soil, roots of grapevine, visually connecting the dining experience to the concept of terroir.
Dedicated areas feature sleek, modern wine racks and glass-enclosed cellars, showcasing the product as an integral part of the decor.
Dining chairs are modern, curved, and upholstered in a sophisticated dark navy or deep charcoal fabric, providing comfortable seating and a pop of color against the neutral floor.
Round tables draped in crisp white tablecloths for a traditional fine-dining feel.
Large, live-edge wooden communal tables often with a central fire, serving as spectacular focal points.
Heavy, dark drapery is used to partition spaces, adding texture and flexibility while enhancing the theatrical mood.
