Founded in 2016 by Dumitru Carbuni, this Chisinau-based design studio is driven by a talented team of creative designers and architects. We offer specialized design solutions for residential, hospitality, workplace, and commercial spaces. The professional services offered in interior design and architectural design encompass a complete project lifecycle, from initial concept and regulatory compliance to final installation and project oversight.

While they are separate disciplines, their services often overlap, especially in the phases involving detailed interior layouts and construction administration.

Analyzing the client's needs, budget, site conditions, and legal/zoning requirements to determine if a project is viable.
Evaluating potential building locations, access, context, and environmental factors.
Comprehensive review of all applicable building codes, accessibility standards, energy standards, and local ordinances.
Developing preliminary design concepts, including basic floor plans, building massing, and rough sketches to establish the project's size and look.
Refining the approved schematic design, focusing on structural systems, mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing), exterior materials, and specific building systems.
Creating detailed 3D renderings and physical models to help the client visualize the final structure.
Producing the final, highly detailed set of drawings and written specifications that the contractor will use to bid on the work and build the project. This is a critical legal and technical deliverable.
Preparing and submitting all necessary applications and drawings to local authorities for building and zoning permits.
Assisting the client in selecting a general contractor, managing the bidding process, and negotiating the final construction contract.
Acting as the client's representative during construction, performing site visits, reviewing the contractor's submittals (materials, methods), addressing on-site questions, and certifying payments to ensure the work aligns with the design and specifications.
